&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Multiplayer Applications and Games on Unity DOTS Architecture&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; is my bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree thesis in Computer Engineering, discussed in March 2021 at Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna, under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Bellavista and the co-supervision of Dott. Andrea Garbugli.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The paper had two goals: analysing the data-oriented layout that Unity was introducing with its new &lt;strong&gt;Data-Oriented Technology Stack&lt;/strong&gt; (DOTS), and proving it actually worked by building a &lt;strong&gt;fully playable multiplayer prototype made entirely with DOTS&lt;/strong&gt; — no GameObjects, no MonoBehaviours in the gameplay code.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
